Paul, Having personally worked on several Intel Cradas at Sandia, I can assure you that you are not correct. For example, Sandia developed the OS and internal communications systems for Paragon. The Intel/Sandia relationship has been very beneficial to both organizations, and it has come at considerable taxpayer expense. (If you consider one days interest payment on the Reagan administration's debt expensive.) The payback to the public ultimately will far exceed the expense, however. Scumbria
