I think perhaps those who are already born and can't take care of themselves deserve some sort of care- but not very much- unless their families choose to care for them.

Many a time, their families cannot afford to care for them. The Republican right-wingers' response usually is : "Tough luck!" There are millions of children in this country who don't have basic health coverage. What are the slogan-mongering right-wingers doing about it? Or is life "precious" only until birth, and thereafter, you are on your own?
