Andy, you'll have to take up your copyright proposals with the Libertarian / anti-antitrust faction. I remember getting a lecture about the sanctity of intellectual property rights versus the gross injustice of antitrust law here long ago, but that gets into these philosophical issues I try to avoid. For what it's worth, I think patents may get abused a little more than copyright, but Bill's on top of all this stuff. The new path is licensing and contracts, in addition to the UCC article 2B "reforms". Copyright may not exactly be an issue there.
