As per this mornings posts about NN and CHINA POST, the new fibre link was supposed to link 31 Provinces of China. For details see: biz.yahoo.com As per the data available to me, China only has 22 provinces, one in dispute.These are as follows: Administrative divisions: 23 provinces , 5 autonomous regions* , and 3 municipalities ; Anhui, Beijing, Fujian, Gansu, Guangdong, Guangxi, Guizhou, Hainan, Hebei, Heilongjiang, Henan, Hubei, Hunan, Jiangsu, Jiangxi,Jilin, Liaoning, Nei Mongol, Ningxia, Qinghai, Shaanxi, Shandong, Shanghai, Shanxi, Sichuan, Tianjin, Xinjiang, Xizang* (Tibet), Yunnan, Zhejiang ,note: China considers Taiwan its 23rd province Could someone kindly point me to the missing 8.
