RM....Remember for the year ended December 31, 1997, the company issued common stock totaling 1,000,000 shares with a fair market value of 200,000 to the company's President and/or a company controlled by the President as compensation. Do you think Arif got his money's worth? When do you think Ira cashed out? At 10 cents or 70 cents? Also, as of December 31, 1997 and 1996, the Company has a receivable due from an officer totaling 30,173 and 123,297, respectively. These amounts represent advances to the Company's Chief Executive Officer. I wonder how Arif plans to pay the company back?.....I told you not to tell me. :-(
