Especially when your ads on TV say otherwise. Every customer should take note of this. Do you really want them to be building their business on YOUR DIME while they screw around for market share.

Not to even mention that they may possibly be breaking some sort of fiduciary relationship with the customer. And that spells potential lawsuit. Just like what happened to AOL. (since you like to compare)

Gil, You certainly say they ae doing the right thing so the stock is moving up (I don't want to argue this with you). However, I don't like to see you stating they are doing the right thing for their customers since this is NOT the case for most of us. Please don't confuse people that they are good stock broker. I wish you well on your investment but please stop saying that how good their service is. I think when AMZN drop as you expected, AMTD will follow. If you want my opinion why the stock go up lately, I can say it is either takeover rumor or the internet craziness. I doubt they are doing very well recently. silinv
