Interesting tidbits from Tweakit.com "According to the AMD rep, the first testing of the K7 was done on a Digital motherboard designed for the Alpha processor without modification. This is just speculation, but there is a possibility of motherboards supporting both the DEC Alpha and K7 in the future."
