Kevin, Microsoft's in a position to make significant changes to the way information is handled. They're long overdue; I think the AOL/Netscape is a big win not just for them, but for Microsoft as well - and for the government that just wanted a sideshow during Clinton's problems and probably would just as soon leave Microsoft alone. Ultimately, Wavephore will prove to be a bad investment, a good investment or a great investment, no matter what we say. Time and again on these chat boards I've seen small companies put in stellar performances after being trashed here. We like to think we have the inside scoop, but all we're doing is trying to swing our odds in favor of whatever our position on the stock happens to be. I've occasionally tried to play the timing game, but more often than not I end up doing basic research and going with a hunch. Thanks for the info on GSTRF.
