according to MARG(MARKET GUIDE) DATA:

as of 11/24/1998

DCTC outstanding shares 21.8 millions
DCTC float shares 16.7millions

It's the smallest float in OTC BB SECTOR comparing with the REVENUE!
Now we see why DCTC went to new low and WHY DCTC COULD GO
NEW RECORD HIGH!

DB,
As of Friday of last week the float stood at 12,161,089. Our cert program took 1 million out last week. Using Joe's figures of 6 million shares that I have received confirms on coming out we are at about 50%. My contacts are telling me this program has definitely got the attention of several MM's and a couple of clearing firms. I just hope you all realize how important it is that we have as much support as possible.
