Chas, I believe that DELL was overvalued when the DOW was at 8k, CSCO at 60. Right now, it really looks that DELL is 'cheap' compared with CSCO, LU, EMC. Actually DELL & MSFT are two cheapest big blue tech stocks in the market. CSCO is trading at a PEG close to 2 using the earning estimate for the next 4 quarters, while DELL's number is close to 1.2. DELL is really falling to the victim of beating first call by just a penny. However, the whole market is extremely overvalued right now! But the bottomline is, if CSCO is worth 77 bucks, DELL should at least have an equivalent value of 85. my two cents, larry!
