I believe that DELL was overvalued when the DOW was at 8k, CSCO at 60. Right now, it really looks that DELL is 'cheap' compared with CSCO, LU, EMC. Actually DELL & MSFT are two cheapest big blue tech stocks in the market. CSCO is trading at a PEG close to 2 using the earning estimate for the next 4 quarters, while DELL's number is close to 1.2. DELL is really falling to the victim of beating first call by just a penny.

However, the whole market is extremely overvalued right now! But the bottomline is, if CSCO is worth 77 bucks, DELL should at least have an equivalent value of 85.
