Hi NI, my online broker, Scottrade, does have a portfolio feature that allows me to punch in what I bought, and keeps track of what it is worth now, so I can log in and see what I have at the present. It does not keep track of things I sold, though. It also has a feature that allows me to download an order history, so that I can keep track of what I bought, when, how much, and the commission and fees, as well as dividends and interest payments received. I was looking for something that integrates the two functions, preferably something that allows me to log on, get the info, and log off, and look at it off-line. I wrote the post yesterday, I cashed out of things that seemed to be trading at the top of the range, because I expected profit-taking yesterday. Smooth move on the Pfizer, don't have the figures in front of me, that is in my Fidelity account, bought about 93, sold about 115 1/4, today it was trading around 114, but that was just luck (bad news on Viagra today, but PFE did not take much of a hit, and I will buy it back soon.) Lucky move on SPY, I bought at 93 11/16, I sold it yesterday at 119 3/32, bought it back today about 118. I also cashed out of Lucent, that was not one of my better moves, I bought at 59 11/16, sold at 87 11/16, think it was up to 90 today. I expect the FDA to approve Celebrex next week, so, for reasons that escape me, PFE and MTC should drop on the good news. And if it isn't approved, PFE and MTC should drop on the bad news. So I will sell my MTC, buy back my PFE, and wait and buy more MTC. Fun! I have others that I have not sold, for varying reasons, primarily because I like to buy things that seem to be underappreciated, and hold until they seem to be fully appreciated. I have no idea what I am doing, am submitting an honest response, for what it is worth, laughter, probably. CobaltBlue
