We have been given for the moment the lata5 area in gte.This would mean I believe that within the 3 mile area of any pop in the lata 5 area we can service them,the quality in question is from the business or residence to the pop and then into the net or telco switch 20/20 or DVG.There is still a lot unknown about this deal but its apparent from GTE's recent expansion in Tampa and the south and the mid west that the bulk of all x DSL is going to GTE for NOw.I wonder what the FL AZ Westlake network is all about?
