Karen, lots and lots of stuff in that S-1. That filing does alot to bring us up to date with what Joe is doing. I will read it all after work, but, I immediately cringed when I started seeing all the costs that we have to pay each time we draw on the new financing. Sic percent to the placement company and three percent to reimburse Knightsbridge for their liability insurance and other stuff and of course Knightsbridge gets to buy at 15% discount and they get to immediately and they intend to immediately resell it to the public. Did u see that? Also, when Cyto faxes them a notice that we want some more, they have Cyto's OFFICIAL blessing to short the stock for the following three day period. DOUBLE YIKES! God I pray Joe sells the company soon. I hope the rain stops for you and have a good Thanksgiving. Dan
