I got them in the mail about a week ago. The proposed board is the same, there is a change of name and consolidation on agenda. I think the trading will resume after the GM, when everything is voted in. Most of the details are available on sedar web site from my previous post.

Directors appointed; shareholders approve 1:5 rollback and name change Golden Hemlock Explorations GHE Shares issued 18,588,656 Sep 1 close $0.05 Mon 30 Nov 98 News Release Mr. Ian Brown reports At the Nov. 30, 1998 AGM, directors elected were Lawrence D. Barr, Dalton Dupasquier, Robin T. Forshaw and Marvin A. Mitchell. Shareholders also approved a 1:5 share consolidation and a change of the company's name. At a directors' meeting following the shareholder meeting, Robin Forshaw was reappointed as president and Ian Brown as secretary.
