Bill, Thank you again for these questions. Obviously it appears that PINC's misunderstood the point of your post. Thus I've restructured your following questions below, so as to mitigated any "editorial" content. What there appears here to be is a "...failure to communicate..." And I'm feeling now, at times, like a marriage counselor. Your own experience brings a lot to the table on this product. By the questions you propose below, I only hope PINC makes this realization and understands how you and other vendors can only enhance what PINC has to offer.
