I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving and took the time to praise GOD for all the things HE truly has blessed us with. How, for what its worth the filings will be Tuesday or Wednesday next week. Form 10 is completed. Financials are drafted and are being audited. note: the senior accountant at the firm has become ill and the file was picked up by others in the firm not knowledgible with all the deals that have been made. This is the reason that we are late. These new guy's at the firm must determine that the values stated are fair and this is what they have been doing. NO SURPRISES to the down side expected!!!!! Consolidated numbers appear to be better than anyone at the company ever expected. This NOT my opinion, straight from the CFO at EDII, John Stump. THIS IS NOT A RECCOMENDATION TO BUY OR SELL.
