I believe the company is Sprint. CNBC said that some newspaper (WSJ or NY Times or somebody else) will report on Friday's edition that Sprint will increase their stake to 71%.

Rick - if anyone is acquiring elnk, I expect it would be FON. I believe part of the FON investment included purchasing add'l shares.

Given that elnk will soon be a money making enterprise, I'm hoping that even with Sprint loading up, it'll stay public and appreciate.
