Just before turkey day, MTSN filed an amended 10Q. I was unable to find anything that changed, but there must be something in there. Anyway, I did notice something I previously overlooked: the dismal recent financial performance of the EPI vendor they just took over. Over the previous 12 mos their loss was actually considerably bigger than their revenues, which were quite meager. I wonder how much of the purchase price they paid was based on the sale to Russia which folded in August. And I wonder to what extent the bleeding from this division will stop.
