QUESTION: If you own 3,000 Bid Com shares and in a month or so Bid Com moves onto the NAZDAQ, would you own those same 3,000 shares on the NASDAQ or is this a different deal altogether? Two separate companies whereby you might be forced to pay $US20.00/share for the Bid Com NASDAQ shares?

When BII llists on the NASDAQ they are not going to delist from the TSE. If you own 3000 shares of BII then you will sell them or add to them on the TSE as BII or BIIYF on the NASDAQ...two different tickers. Your BBI shares will be bought and sold on TSE and your BIIYF will be bought and sold on NASDAQ.

However, here's the kicker; to achieve parity between exchanges the stock trades for the same price on both. This prevents brokerage buying cheaper on one market and selling on the more expensive market.

If you are "forced to buy BIIYF for (US $20) than BII will be selling for $30 Canuck, that will be the price on TSE. In which case I can live with that!!

So you may ask where do the shares come from...where does NASDAQ get there shares from? The fact is many shareholders are US residents now...so they will buy and sell on the NASDAQ creating there own market. So if you are an American ...your brokerage firm will convert your BII to BIIYF allowing you to trade on that, exchange if you wish!If there is significant demand in the US,... brokerages can cross TSE BII stock to NASDAQ BIIYF stock under the supervision of the appropriate regulatory systems (TSE=OSC) (NASDAQ=SEC)

Does that answer your question?

It may take 6 months to make it to Nasdaq...depends on the price. A share is a share.
