Ain't no government involved in the de-listing.

NASDAQ, a private organization, de-listed them.

It's interesting that they didn't go through a period with an "E" listing. (e.g. ESVSE) This is normally done when a company is being de-listed, and there is normally a period of time during which the company can correct the defect and comply.

I'd be interested in learning the reason for the immediate de-listing.

I'd also be interested in knowing how long the company has known about the pending de-listing, and when they were notified by NASDAQ. I note that there were no trades all day today, yet the press release did not come out until after the bell. Did they know yesterday when the released the positive press release?
