Jeff,

What a silly, silly development. This could easily be a put on if it wasn't from Sandia Labs

It is silly. Most of our greatest technological innovations came from ideas that were obviously silly.

Einstein came up with some of the stupidest ideas I've ever heard of. Imagine extracting huge amounts of energy from a grain of sand!

I remember growing up in Los Alamos when the scientists were allowed to do science. Senator Proxmire came along and shut down all the silly sounding stuff those buffoon PhD's were doing with taxpayer's money. Now the scientists spend most of their time and energy servicing Congressional oversight. Thank goodness for people such as yourself watching out for the taxpayer's interest.
