In looking at the volume today and the rise in price of the stock, it looks like somebody believes in this company!!!!!!!!!!

One thing that you might want to consider is to become one of the shareholders suing Neldon Johnson and IAUS. You can contact their attorneys by sending an e-mail to Sherrie Brown at rdannen738@aol.com . (By the way - I am not an IAUS investor, but an engineer in the telecom industry, a skeptic who has never believed the technical claims made for DWM based on what I know about engineering laws (such as the Shannon-Hartley limit) and what I know about the real world telephone system.)

Since I provided some assistance to Norman Korb of the SEC's Enforcement Division during their investigation, I don't think I can publicly say much about this case, since I may end up getting called as a witness. Let's just say I think the SEC has a good case, and in a public document the SEC has indicated that they are seeking 3 million dollars in damages from Neldon. By the way Neldon, if you are reading this, hiding your assets to prevent seizure is a serious federal crime.
