From the S-1 filing, a nice move as the facility is way underutilized and we keep bearing the costs of such with only incremental revenues from 3rd parties to help offset a small portion of the fixed costs of ownership. I hope someone sees value in it as it could provide us some immediate cash and also nicely add to our expense reductions. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>. - Offered our manufacturing facility for sale.
