May I suggest you take a look at DELL's performance last Nov/Dec period and possibly the year before,if you have access to the data you will see that the stock behaved pretty much the same way,ie hardly any movements either way,so it not like this is something new. But watch out for DELL in Jan and Feb it will be a rocket,well most likely.

What has changed with Dell fundamentals? Nothing.
For those troubled that Dell is not jumping 3 or 4 dollars a day and feel that something has changed, pull either a one or two year chart and take a look. It is following exactly as it has in the past. No difference at all. You can draw a straight line along the peaks. It always drops a little after a new high, builds a new base, and then goes on to a new high. This consolidation has been one of Dell's strengths.
Without it you have no support. Hang in there.
