Shtirlitz,

I shop at CPU not for their great prices or excellent service. I shop there because of their large selection and reasonable return policy. Also, my day job employers have some kind of corporate agreement with them, where they will sell me the same item at the corporate rate (rather than the retail rate) when I ask for the corporate rate and show them my ID badge from my employer. When I run into a problem (which seems to be always the case), I throw out a few names of CPU's corp sales people and the name of my corp division buyer, and viola. I save an additional 5% (sometimes).
