Re. Looking for legal advise and attorney services.

I hope I can get some advise in here.

Here is the case: On October 28 I requested a wire. My account with E*Trade has been debited the same day. But still I have no money.

For 3 weeks I am trying to get from E*Trade any bank document proving they made the wire requested promptly and to correct address. I need this document to rise a procedure within bank-recipient, they can't act just based on my verbal statements. Each time I receive different responses from E*Trade:
a) we can't send it [bank receipt] - there is something with your fax
b) better ask your bank once more
c) please clarify exact name of your company
d) we can't give it [bank receipt]to you, for this is internal issue

2 days ago E*Trade informed me that due to unknown reasons bank-recipient was not able to credit my account, but now suddenly managed to do it. But nothing credited to my account, and E*Trade refuses to give me name and phone number of their contact person in my bank or send me a photocopy of relevant notification from my bank.

Thus, currently my account remains debited with no documented
proof regarding usage of the funds withdrawn from my account with E*Trade.

I highly suspect what the reasons behind such a behavior of E*Trade are quite simple. Looks like they made some mistake while wiring my funds on October 28 (when checking account details via phone they failed to read S.W.I.F.T. code which I provided in my original order, recent mail from them references bank with similar name but in other country), and now they simply trying to hide this fact trying to win time to fix their error.

I would like to get my funds back. Furthermore, if this case is purely due to E*Trade's mistake and they feed me with misleading info to conceal their fault, I wonder if I can expect them to cover all my expenses and damages emerged because of their fault. Thus I am looking for legal advise and attorney services. If somebody could recommend such a service please feel free to post or better email me: rrabbt@elnet.msk.ru

Thanks in advance,
Alex
