If AMD can yield at 400+ MHz, the ASP's and stock price will go through the roof. If not, I don't see the stock moving.

lets see, from cbs.marketwatch.com

Borgman said he primarily downgraded the stock [Intel] because Intel's trading about 26 times his 1999 earnings estimates

let see... 26 x 1.55 = 40.3!
