I visited the TCGB web site and could not find any financial information on the company. I went to EDGAR and they had no listing for TCBG. I sent an e-mail to the company a week ago asking for financial data and they did not respond. As interesting as the Wal-Mart story is, I have VERY bad feelings about a company that will not even tell you how many shares they have outstanding. This whole operations sound extrememly fly-by-night. I would feel a lot better about putting money into this stock if I had a clue as to their financial condition. If anyone has this info please post it. If not, I get the impression that this company is a stock scam in the making. Sometimes penny stocks are selling for pennies for a reason. If they are for real they should disclose their financials!!!!
