Sematech was suppose to "pick" a process for the next generation of chips at their meeting last year also, or endorse a recommended standard. They came out of that meeting with no clear direction. I would expect that the same will happen this year. I hope XRL comes out on top but it's really not going to matter to JMAR. If JMAR can build their XRL units (in the near future) and they work as promised, they will sell. I would worry more about what JMAR does than Sematech.

Richard
