Are you sure your SNET pref order was rejected for crossing/locking? I don't think that's a valid cause for SNET to reject. If the MM rejected your order for some reason, that would cancel it.

If you want out bad, you can always use ARCA and offer below the bid. That should give a fill at the best price available, providing ARCA doesn't just sit on your order for twenty seconds.
