TO ALL: A PURELY PERSONAL NOTE. I have returned from my visit to the mill and I am very happy to report that I was very impressed with the progress which has been made since my last visit. While there I saw work progressing on the installation of precip tanks, digestion tanks, a pump, a filter and several precip filter boxes. I also witnessed the processing of the precip, from precipitate at the bottom of a tank to the grinding in preparation for the firing process. A first firing of the precip has been completed and results are being analyzed prior to the next firing. I participated in several meetings with Mike McKay, Wayne Palmer, Russell Twiford, Sonny Lamont and others. I was very impressed with the level of detailed knowledge possessed by this "insurance man." Let me tell all that Mr. McKay is very highly respected by all at the mill both for his knowledge as well as his dedication to the completion of this project. Arriving at the mill at 6:30 AM, including yesterday Thanksgiving, McKay is a hands on manager with his fingers into everything. Though Mike McKay did not take over this Facilities Management contract for nothing, I for one want to thank him for his involvement in this project. He does not need the money near as much as I do and he is spending extended periods of time away from his home and family in order to make this happen. I feel that he has made this commitment not only for himself but also for all of us. I, for one, am very pleased that Mike McKay is on the scene. I expect a lot of crap from many of you on this thread over this post however, for those of you who care about my impressions without specific information...here they are. Again, let me state, these are my personal comments as a shareholder and a visitor to the mill and,as such, are not to be construed as an official company statement. Dennis DeNoble OFFICIAL COMPANY STATEMENT: Mr. McKay shall make a PRNEWSWIRE release, discussing specifics, on Monday. That release will also be posted on this thread.
