Hey Beancounter, don't knock the plan, it's a great restructuring...to save IPM, you merely buy shares of Maxam. Simple. Er, never mind that Maxam shelved its pilot plant after the first and only test failed, that the BLM isn't letting Maxam occupy their property for heap leach operations, that Maxam is cash-poor and that the stock price has fallen apart to about 4% of its all-time high.
