Not that I know of. The big guys like Morgan Stanley move a lot of blocks. You won't see E-Trade moving any. I think they typically look for both a buyer and a seller discreetly and try to cross the trades, but in some cases where a seller wants out, I suppose that they may short the stock first, then take buy the block. This is a whole other world from here, though. Perhaps someone else has some comments though.
