Saddam is a special case . He can't count on a happy retirement because he has pissed off too many other governments . Mainly ours. I was referring more to your garden variety dictator. Who rapes the country quietly then moves to another country when things get too hot. Saddam has no place to go so he will probably stay and fight to the end.
