Also that the BT Energy partnership that was owned by Burditt and Timmins, and kept as a secret from the shareholders and auditors, and was used to make hidden profits at the expense of the Oilex shareholders. This statement by the auditors will trace and identify the transactions and prove to the Court the truth. Burditt will not be able to avoid JUSTICE.
