Philip, thats what i was saying...this thing will drag on for weeks ir not months, now instead of nov.25th we are looking at dec.7th...whoever picks up the assets will get it dirt cheap!!BUT in either case they are dead and gone, and thats all that matters....we are now starting the big christmas buying surge(tomorrow)..and the only one ready on the shelves and that own the market is IOM!!!with those high margin disks and new product....happy thanksgiving and see you'll friday

Ummm, did I miss something here??

Besides primary rival Iomega Corp. (IOM), SyQuest's competitors and possible strategic buyers include France's Nomai S.A.,???

Geez, Louise, I hope IOM and Nomai don't get into a bidding war over the patent portfolio :-((
