I will say this in Bork's defense (kinda)--- One thing about Washington DC types is that they can be extremely logical in some areas, and extremely irrational in other areas. Original intent seemed to be one of those irrational areas. Due Process doesn't cover Miranda rights, but somehow the Second Amendment gives an absolute right to own machine guns.

You'll note that by embracing Bork in one area and not another, that I could be accused of the same thing.
