They have enough capacity to sell all of America and then they have 5 times that. This is the bandwidth company of the future. It will be like the Internet stocks a year from now, hitting those high numbers once people realize what business they are really in.

"lit up " refers to the lasers on the fiber optics being lit. With the network in place Qwest will not have a problem selling all their bandwidth. Especially with LCI's sales force and sales strategy.
