Wouldn't it be interesting if a representative from the SEC just happened to show up at the meeting? You never know.

Also, I thought AA said once in a conference call that his shares were restricted. or was it most of his shares?

RM.....I agree with much of what you said. Arif has had many, many, many, many opportunities to clear the air and straighten this mess out. He doesn't. Why? Shareholders are a nuisance to him with no basic rights or ownership. Our only recourse was the SEC and the attorney general. I think it's going to come down to "he said , she said". Both Ira and Arif will blame each other for the obvious lies. I guess the better liar wins.
