Brady, "market value" != "net tangible asset value".

You need to have net tangible assets of $2 million to remain on NASDAQ. In other words, you have to own something tangible worth $2M. Cash, property, furniture, computers, whatever, but "good will", etc. is out.

I suspect that ESVS has a negative net tangible asset value...

Market value is what a bunch of durn fools illogically think the stock is worth...
