, but doesn't some of the filings state that if the deal falls through, ESVS gets so much money or gets to keep the assets or something like that? I don't recall that. If the deal falls through they go back to where they were. What will be at issue is what happens to ZULU. Does the current system4ads stuff belong to ZULU or ESVS? If ESVS, ZULU has nothing but debt. Somebody owes somebody some money if any PP money was distributed. I don't think there has been a PP yet. There was supposed to be a shareholders meeting to approve an increase in the float to prepare for the PP. Besides if they managed to raise a few million, they'd have made big news out of it. BF
