Hi DD. If I had warrants that were good for a year and I had them at $1.75, and I was one of the "large companies" that could help skyrocket this stock, I would not exercise until 3 days prior to warrant exercise date! So the likelihood that they have is minimal. However in saying that, if they see success of Bid.com is hinged on another cash infusion they will exercise there warrants in a heartbeat!!

This is all hypothetical....but I believe realistic!
