I just noticed something in the PR.................

>>>NASDAQ cited the Company's failure to meet the recently changed net tangible assets rule and to comply with new corporate governance requirements as the principal bases for its determination.<<<

What was the recent change in the "net tangible assets rule"?

What are/is the "new corporate governance requirements"?

It appears that they were dropped due to recent changes in Nasdaq requirements. So someone has dropped the ball in doing their homework on what it takes to be listed.

No problem. They will just go back and change a few numbers. Or can they now? Looks like Nasdaq set their own little trap and waited until everything was filed and finalized. They can't go back now.

We wouldn't be so stupid as to not keep up with filing requirements and we are the pigeons.

A bunch of imbeciles have been running these companies. I vote for a Contra-style take-over. Hells bells, anyone can run a company in the ground like these post diarrhetic goof balls have.

All they had to do was treat the shareholders with a little common decency and this merger would have been over and done with. We all know that.

No! Greed took over and every last penny had to be milked from this cow. No more moo. Boo hoo.

The faint glimmer I see and what gives me a little confidence is that the PR shows a time of 2:02 (not after the bell as some have said).

Zulu actually went up in price after that.

I am wondering now if those large trades we have been seeing were actually Market Makers unloading their esvs.

If so, it just means there was a warning but only some were privy to that information.
