waldo,outstanding number fully diluted is low compared to it's peers. Bought in yesterday,plus conversion rates work out great for me..I like the potential,as well as the numerous agreements with various leaders in the industry.And hope to see a Nasdaq listing in the future.Credibility is key-and the company has and appears to be gaining in that dept..It's the recognition dept we have to work,and with the new funds in place..well, thats why we pay to play and see.DD
