Gary....McKenzie Webster ..a major RMBS bull long term has issued a sell recommendation short term on RMBS. They expect to be buyers again in the $65-70 range..... Their 1999 projection was $150 and much higher in Y2k and beyond. The market has moved very fast to the upside over the last 8 weeks....maybe too far too fast. mckenziewebster.com

Gary, The problem with your hopeful scenario is your not taking into consideration all the upward pressure we've been seeing in this stock. Even with all the selling at the high, it bounces right back. That should be talking to you. You had plenty of time to sell your position cause this doesn't really fly down, it drifts. The worst case I see, is that it will hold in these 80's till the next rally. Pure guesswork but I've seen this happen before with other companies, and I suspect it will happen with RMBS. We'll see.

Gary, I truly hope you get your pullback. But not the $60 you posted earlier. That would take RMBS below the 50 DMA, not a bullish scenario to say the least. I personally would love to see a 2 for 1 split announcement with the next earnings, hopefully with RMBS trading $100+...... bp

Gary, I can not explain the RMBS thread and I too am scared of heights <g>, but I really do not think it is time to sell even yet. I agree, the thread is too bullish and some are overly optimistic, but perhaps we are seeing our predictions come true....We all have been discussing for some time now that RMBS will prevail and move higher, perhaps this is the parabolic move we have all sort of thought would happen....I am struggling right now with taking some off the table, or just holding LT?! I don't know and will not advocate that RMBS investors should do one or the other because each investor has different goals and tolerance for risk. Regards, MileHigh
