Dear Comrade Pavlov,

I think that you are getting your personal money transfers with Russian banks confused with your Western experience. Money wired to E*TRADE doesn't disappear, I do it all the time.

If you think you are having troubles now, try Suretrade or Datek- no customer support at all, just a generic e-mail answer to all questions sent to them.
