INTD about 3 years ago, 1996, they merged with USOR, US Order Inc, (that's where the extra shares come in) then they decided to make/sell phones ... that cost a lot of money and big losses, unsold unwanted inventory. They could never meet analysts estimates, and have repeately been much lower than expected. Now they are 'pretending' (my opinion) to be in banking software. in/out maybe but I would not hold over night ... a true dog, a true bleeder This company compares with BCMD very well (not the product, just the bull$hit) now ... let it go to 60 <ggg> Sue
