Thanks a lot for the clarification. I understand it much better now.

If you have a list with data on response times and accommodation profiles for ECNs and MMs, it would be
most helpful if you could publish that here, as I for one would put it to use right away. And, it might tend to
rattle the cages of some of these firms that are still using stone age methods to get off their butts and upgrade
their systems.
