I agree ... I think (and hope) that .30 range is the low for now, and that we will start to move up after the beginning of the year. Of course, that is assuming the fundamentals stay the same and there is no negative news that comes out of the company.

Actually, perhaps Gary is hoping that we all sell so that *he* can pick up some shares even cheaper. After all this time, it seems that we are in the last leg of the race. And that is always the toughest. Like a diet, it's the last 10 pounds that are the hardest to get through. This stock has been a very long and hard road for me ... to give it up now, with no fundamental change on the negative side, would be foolish. Especially in light of all the new contracts coming out - and the prepaid calling cards starting to get set into motion.

Good luck to you Gary. I certainly wish you the best - and anyone who wishes to sell is certainly within their rights to do so for whatever their reason - but let's keep the perceptions honest and clear. Give us a reason in black and white, fundamentals that have changed to the negative, something new of which we are not and were not aware, then maybe .... but right now, things seem to be getting better.

Insofar as the auditor - although I am annoyed that it is again delayed especially in light of Don's message to us in the conference call, I personally am not surprised. This auditor was a pain last year and when it was voted in at the meeting last year, I expected we would have the same problem again. Don was a little naive in believing this year would be different - but next year will be a new - U.S. - auditor. I believe next year is *the* year.

Happy Thanksgiving to everyone ...

Skip, you were to go home and check your numbers on the EPS discrepancy?

Skip: Just read your post to me telling me that I was full of it. It is obvious to me after reading some of your posts, which I now skip over, that you do not know what you're talking about. You're not an investor or a trader, you're a dreamer; and you wouldn't know a strategy if it was typed on your forehead. So do me a favor, skip over any of my posts for you're not going to understand them anyway and if you read them it will just incite more trivia from your keyboard. Have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. In closing, I would give you one good piece of advice. Sell your holdings in TSIS and buy them back in 30 days at a price in my opinion that will be below what you will be able to get for them Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday of next week.
