A series 7 rep is then responsible for their error or omission, no? And surely this information had to exist in some form in hard copy. Know your customer...sound familiar?....if your going to give them the power...you are required to disclose all the probabilities of their actions. Sorry guy..there is no margin for error or failure to disclose when asked for information regarding securities trading. Shoot1st
